Tomorrow is the Somerset Patriots Fan Fest. The weather report isn’t encouraging, but the team says the event will be held rain or shine — so I guess I will be there. (Barring a torrential downpour, of course.)

The Fan Fest is usually a lot of fun. It’s usually my first trip of the year to a ballpark, and it’s a chance to renew old acquaintances. It’s also a chance to get an autograph from Sparky Lyle without a lot of hassle… just a long line to wait on.

I’m not sure how many folks will come out because of the weather, but I hope it will still be a good time.
