Somerset Patriots Fan Fest

I went to the Somerset Patriots Fan Fest today; it was the first time I’d been to a ballpark since last September.

I picked up my season tickets, said hello to a few acquaintances and got a few autographs.

I got a pair of old Sparky Lyle cards signed for FJMBoston (on SportsGraphing.com) and a Travis Anderson custom card signed for my collection.

 

Travis really liked the custom card I gave him, so that was the high point of the trip for me.

Two other Patriots players — Casey Cahill and David Housel — were at the Fan Fest, but they didn’t get there until after I left. I would have liked to have seen what they thought of their custom cards, but I’ll get them another time.
